Join your peers to get out of your comfort zone in ground-based exercises as well as climbing elements. All activities are optional and there are roles to be had regardless of physical skill, strength, or flexibility. These programs will allow you to better understand how you function in a team dynamic, and will help you hone your skills in communication, trust, problem solving, decision making skills, leadership and more.
