Emerge Together Challenge

Create a sustainable future for you and your center by learning collaboratively with a network of innovative industry professionals and thought leaders

Emerge Together Challenge

Do you feel uncertain about the direction of where the business education industry is going and where we will end up? The only certainty is that big changes are happening now.

Do you feel like you are working more than before the crisis? So many online meetings, webinars, and hangouts along with never-ending requests for events?

Do you feel like you are on your own island trying to build a boat to get to “civilization”? A whole bunch of people are telling you what to do via a small screen of your computer, but not too many are on board and committed with you on the journey.

Discussion

You are not alone. Since March 15th we’ve had countless conversations with members of the ProEd/CMED  community and they share many of those feelings: uncertainty, overload, and exhaustion. However, they are grateful for the connections they’ve made at the conference and are making now during online collaborative meetings because they have a community of like-minded people to rely on. This community has been built over 40 years of sharing at the Conference on Management and Executive Development, topical workshops, and ProEd Membership meetings.
Once more, we will overcome the crisis and emerge together on the other side of it stronger, more innovative, and more connected together with our customers.

Join

To play on strengths of our unique Collaborative Learning Community, we invite you to join the Emerge Together 3-Month Challenge starting on June 2nd, 2020. This program is designed to bring together the best minds in the industry and beyond to share, learn and co-create in an open and fun environment. We do not show you the direction to go, instead we assemble the best people from the industry and invite you to join them to emerge together on the other side of this crisis.

Together

An average time commitment is around 1.5 hours per week. For 3 months you will participate in live sessions (or watch recordings) on a broad range of relevant topics, discuss emerging trends affecting our industry now, and innovate with other practitioners from the industry to create sustainable solutions. Live sessions are scheduled every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Recordings are available shortly after each session. Every week there will be a topic up for a discussion beyond live sessions. Also, participants in the Special Interest Groups will address issues facing their particular function or area. You can participate as little or as much every week as your priorities change.

Ron Thomas

“I’ve been attending CMED conference for probably fifteen years. I gain quite a bit from having a variety of centers here ranging from Continuing Education to Executive Education and coming from a variety of universities in Canada, US, Australia and other parts of the world. Also, the big benefit for me is to be able to share best practices with one another. It has been an excellent experience!”
