We do not have all the answers individually but together can create our industry’s thriving future. We are bringing together program delivery professionals from executive education and continuing education units to share their knowledge about program management and their customer experience best practices. Helen Brausen

Helen Brausen, Senior Director of Client Experience Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional & Executive Development. Helen is most passionate about continuous process improvement and ensuring quality management in high-touch, customer intimate environments. She has over 30 years of experience across multiple business disciplines such as administration, customer service, sales, and marketing operations. With more than 20 years of management and leadership experience, her expertise includes operationalizing company initiatives and strategies and developing strong agile collaborative teams by inspiring and encourage others’ successes.

Cheryl Bates

Cheryl Bates, Associate Director – Executive Education, Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.  Cheryl joined the Executive Education team in 2018 as the Associate Director of Operations where she provided logistical support for more than 50 programs annually, customer service excellence to more than 1000 participants per year and support for more than 30 faculty.  In her current role, she is a member of the development team, nurturing, and managing key dimensions of short and custom programs.  Her top priority is exceeding clients’ expectations for learning impact, value and relevance.

Lesa Bergsma

Lesa Bergsma, Professional Development Manager, iPex, Davenport University. Lesa is a training and development professional with 18 years of experience helping to drive student and organizational success. Lesa has the keen ability to build and support training initiatives through relationship building and a commitment to meeting local professional and business needs. In her role, she develops and markets training programs to professionals and organizations. Her professional background consists of sales, program development, training, facilitation, and talent recruiting. She works collaboratively with colleagues to continually develop innovative approaches for professional and executive education.

Suzanne Callahan

Suzanne Callahan, Director of Facilitation & Corporate Learning, iPex, Davenport University. Suzanne brings decades of teaching within Davenport University coupled with both large and small business experience. She is responsible for leading and executing the delivery of learning sessions to corporate clients and professional development courses. Within this role, Suzanne works to develop curriculum to meet the needs of clients. This is accomplished by identifying needs through assessment to develop, plan and deliver customized training solutions and curriculum in support of client’s strategic goals, mission, vision, and values.
