Leading Your Center through the Crisis – a Year later
Wednesday, March 24th @ 12 PM ET
Almost a year ago eight university-based executive and professional development center directors shared their perspectives on how their centers, clients and industry would respond to the crisis caused by the global pandemic. During the conversation we were looking at the behaviors successful centers are demonstrating in these unprecedented times. The goal was to identify best practices for a short and long-term sustainable impact.
A year later we are going to revisit strategies and approaches discussed last April and lessons learned this last twelve months. Join this reflective session with center leaders.

“The CMED conference provided me an opportunity to both grow as an individual leader and learn new approaches for elevating the delivery and impact of our programs. I was able to implement new ideas immediately! Topics were relevant to current industry challenges and the structured and informal networking provided multiple opportunities for expanding your network of colleagues. Thanks for a great conference!”

“I’ve been attending CMED conference for probably fifteen years. I gain quite a bit from having a variety of centers here ranging from Continuing Education to Executive Education and coming from a variety of universities in Canada, US, Australia and other parts of the world. Also, the big benefit for me is to be able to share best practices with one another. It has been an excellent experience!”
